About Us
My name is Pamela Deacon. I suffer from dysautonomia, POTS (postural orthostatic, tachycardia syndrome), vasovagal syncope, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety and PTSD. This causes extreme fatigue, pain, and the feeling of being sick with the flu. As I have gotten older my conditions have gotten worse.
After much research, I discovered a company in the San Diego area who trains service dogs for people like me to help with daily activities. Little Angel Service Dogs has approved me to receive one of these very special dogs. These dogs are specifically trained for the individual in need. The dogs can perform amazing tasks like alerting when your blood pressure is low, or you feel dizzy. It can also alert to anxiety and PTSD attacks as well as many other tasks.
There are a lot of expenses associated with training a dog so skilled, so I am working as a volunteer to help them raise some of these funds.
It's a wonderful gift for me and other adults and children like me to receive the benefits of a service dog. Every dog Little Angels provides is paid for by donations.
